NAC Special Meeting

You are hereby called to a Special Meeting of the general membership that will take place in the Wayne Central HS Auditorium, this Wednesday, October 2nd from 6:15pm sharp.  In advance of the show, the NAC Board has found it imperative that the current ByLaws be amended to reflect the following changes (see website for full expression of changes): 
Membership having a 3-year term as in the past

Emeritus Member being a retired member of benefit with voting rights, excluding directorship, and

Minor Expenses of no more than $50 being passible by the board outside of an official meeting.  Please attend and let your vote count.
